Belvest’s travel sport coat is an unlined and unstructured garment designed to be feather-light for wearing and practical for traveling. The single-breasted jacket has two buttons and a classic notched lapel, and also features two patch pockets and a breast welt pocket for easily organizing the items always with you. Thanks to the relaxed fit of the shoulders, you’ll always be at ease, with maximum freedom of movement to feel comfortable and elegant. This garment was made in Italy in Belvest’s Piazzola sul Brenta atelier, where the expert and patient hands of their master craftsmen select and work on the finest fabrics the world can offer.

Belvest believes in striking the right balance between technological innovation and artisanal knowledge. For this reason, despite the use of cutting-edge machinery, some processing steps must be done by hand, starting with the cutting of the checked or striped fabric, so that the pattern matches up perfectly on the final garment.
Sleeves and collars are also sewn on by hand. It is only when needle and thread are guided by the craftsman to follow the silhouette of the garment that the correct tension of the stitches be obtained so that, when the piece is worn, it accompanies the body’s shape just like a second skin.
Each and every one of Belvest’s tailors’ gestures are precious and essential to achieving final perfection.
